Why Choose Us?
Attention To Detail
We are a small company that builds a limited number of log shells per year. This allows us to treat every project as if it were our own home. We do everthing ourselves from peeling the logs to reassembling the log shell on your foundation. The result is a structure built with the utmost attention to detail and this is evident in the fit and finish of a Keizer Logworks home.
Experience
We have a combined total of twenty five years experience in constructing log home shells. Over this time we have worked on structures of all shapes and sizes and have developed the skills to make any log home design a reality.
Our Logs
Sitka spruce is the best building log available to builders north of 60. This coastal species grows to large diameter and has very little taper. As logs dry they develop cracks in the surface. This is called checking. Sitka spruce has the tendency to check more evenly around its outer surface. Kerf cuts on the top of the logs also helps reduce the appearance of large checks.
Professional Associations
Kezier Logworks is a member in good standing with the International Log Builiders Association.3>
