Pricing
Our log shell prices are based on lineal feet of log work. Different factors determine this footage price such as:
- number of corners
- interior log walls
- height of log walls
- complexity of loft system
- complexity of roof system
To calculate the price of a log shell we require a set of final working plans.
Payment Schedule
- 1/3 deposit before shell construction begins
- 1/3 payment upon completion of log walls to window and door header height.
- 1/6 payment upon completion of log shell in Keizer Logworks yard.
- 1/6 payment after reassembly of log shell on customers foundation.
All payments are to be made in canadian dollars by bank draft or certified cheque.
