About Us

Serving Yukon and Alaska, Keizer Logworks is a small company based in Whitehorse, Yukon owned and operated by brothers Darren and Ryan Keizer. We build log structures using a four point saddle notch and utilize modern overscribe techniques to minimize the effects of log shrinkage and settling. This building method and the use of high quality Sitka Spruce logs known for their strength and beauty results in a log shell that performs well in the initial settling stage and for years to come. We build all sizes of buildings from small saunas to cabins and homes. As we are a small company we produce a limited number of high quality log shells per year so planning ahead on your project is advised.

We build each log shell like it is our own. Each structure is built with the utmost attention to detail which is evident in the fit and finish of our homes.
